Corporate Social Responsibility

It is important for FP Instruments to be ethical, honest, reliable and valuable business partner for all our customers and suppliers. We recognise that our business has a strong impact on social and environmental issues. It is therefore essential for us that our employees and our Business partners honour the FPI’s code of conduct including local and international regulations, as well as regulations for Ecological Philosophy, Community Involvement, Ethical Marketing, Ethical Labour Practice and Discrimination.

Our implementation of CSR

Ecological Philosophy : FP Instruments believes in ecological harmony and equilibrium; therefore, we want to make a positive impact on the environment and implement greener business operation. We are concern about energy and greenhouse gas emissions reduction, maximising product life through service, refurbishment and reuse, using energy efficient product, recycling, using reusable materials and paper use reduction.

Community involvement: Our company is involved in many local activities – this includes donation money to local charities and families, sponsoring local events, educational project, employing local workers, engaging in fair trade practices. For example, every year we are all involve in supporting project called Szlachetna Paczka to help families in needs, as well as we are trying to help children with special needs – our employees like doing good deeds without expecting anything in return.

Ethical Marketing: FP Instruments ethically market to our potential customers and is placing a higher value on them. We do not try to manipulate or falsely advertise to our potential clients, we want to be open, honest and fair.

Ethical Labor Practice: We have legal and moral responsibility to provide secure employment, and to treat all our employees fairly and ethically. We are concern about people’s working conditions and we comply with applicable laws and industry standards on working hours and public holidays. All employees also have the right to form, join, and organise trade unions of their choice. High ethical standards in employment are very important for us.

Discrimination: Under any circumstances we do not support discrimination in hiring, salary, access to training, promotion, termination, or retirement based on race, national origin, social class, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political opinions, age, or any other condition that could give rise to discrimination.
